The Halloween Costume Contest and Scavenger Hunt turned out to be a really great event! In all, we had 15 kids join us!!! There were 7 stations around the church parking with different activities at each one! The kids had a great time trying to get a sticker on their paper plate at each activity. In order to get a pumpkin they had to get seven stickers. Of course some kids got 10-15 stickers!!! Then we had the Costume Contest awards where everyone got a paper plate. And they got to bring a cool Jack-O-Lantern home with them filled with great candy and awesome prizes. I really wanted to thank all the adults and kids who helped out as stations. I couldn’t have pulled this off without you all and your support means the world to me. You’re all awesome! Also, a big thank you to the parents who brought kids. You all rock too!!! And thank you to Stephanie Clement for taking these awesome professional photos! They came out so well!!! In this year, I think we are all looking for ways to connect with one another. And this was a great and safe way we could all connect with one another. I think the kids had an awesome time. It was really fun. We remember that Jesus always finds us where we are at. And that is the connection that holds us all together. You are all awesome!!! Thanks for all your help on this. And you all rock!!! Thank you!!!
