High School Mission trip
High school youth and chaperones often travel to a city in the Northeast for a weeklong mission trip in the summer. Youth work in “crews” to fix up the homes of those who couldn’t do it by themselves. They form relationships with each other and the residents as they paint, repair stairs and decks, or help with roofing and siding. Each day of work camp begins and ends with prayer and a spiritually-based program. Many youth say afterwards that this has been THE formative experience of their high school years. In the summer of 2023, thirteen youth and four adults traveled to Hazlet, NJ for their work camp experience.

Middle School Week of Service
Middle school youth spend a week serving the local community. In 2025, our youth helped clean up a park, did chores around a horse barn, packaged diapers for families in need, played BINGO and intergenerational trivia with seniors in assisted living among other things!
