I’ve received several requests from people asking how they might respond to the crisis in Ukraine.
In general, financial gifts are most appreciated and more easily managed than gifts-in-kind. Some groups that were initially asking for gifts-in-kind have been overwhelmed and have stopped receiving such donations.
Financial Gifts:
- An ELCA church in Wisconsin is matching all gifts to Lutheran World Relief made between now and March 15. The link to give is here: https://tinyurl.com/yc8aaz8k
- Lutheran World Federation is collecting monetary donations to go towards basic necessities: https://tinyurl.com/3zpdb52r

Prayer Support:
- On Wednesdays in Lent (beginning March 9), our sanctuary will be open for prayer from 6-7:00 PM for anyone who’d like to pray. We will have some prayer suggestions/helps. It’ll be open to anyone in the community as well.
In Christ,
Pastor Jen
