Day 1 – Summer Youth Mission Trip! It is funny, I was a little worried about my group today, and I was a little worried about the project. I should learn to just let go! The kids had a really great day and are a great bunch of hard workers. And the project today came out good! Knock on wood! The kids are broken up into four groups. It was a hot one today, but we ended with ice cream. And of course there was a Dunkin Donuts run in the morning. You know it is a good day, when one of the kids says, “Tom, everyone here has a lot in common!” Yes, yes we do!!! And we didn’t spill any of the paint too!
