With my $25.00 Gift Card, my family and I went to the store and bought some stuff to donate to the Billerica Cat Care Coalition. We purchased two bags of food and a pack of Christmas jingle balls for the kitties to play with. Additionally, my Auntie Lori had further donations to give and we added them in the trunk of the car too. With this project, I learned that giving makes you feel better. I learned that it is important to take care of our animal friends. They need us too. I also learned that I like ferrets and the ferret we saw was very cute. He had puppy eyes which was very weird. He was very playful. I think it is really good to help others out. Maybe that is what God wants us to do. It felt really good to be able to help animals out who don’t have enough. Thank you to the church for including me in this project. We already have plans for an organization to give to next year. We thought it was really great to help others out. We are looking forward to it again next year.
