“With my $25.00 gift card, I am using it to give to Bread and Roses. Bread and Roses soup kitchen in Lawrence deserves the money because of all the wonderful people there, doing good for those in need. After all, everyone deserves to have a happy holiday season! Helping not only the homeless, but those who care for others means a lot to me because people need to be recognized for what they are doing. Hopefully this money could help buy a warm meal and provide a smile for someone. This experience impacts me because it helps me realize how thankful I really am for everything I have in my life. A lot of people don’t have a lot of the necessary things they need. God calls us to help them! Merry Christmas!
