Isaiah 12:2-6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

2<\/sup> Surely God is my salvation;
   I will trust, and will not be afraid,
for the Lord God is my strength and my might;
   he has become my salvation.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation. 4<\/sup>And you will say on that day:
Give thanks to the Lord,
   call on his name;
make known his deeds among the nations;
   proclaim that his name is exalted.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n


5<\/sup> Sing praises to the Lord, for he has done gloriously;
   let this be known in all the earth.
6<\/sup> Shout aloud and sing for joy, O royal Zion,
   for great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a time when we need to put all of our trust in the Lord because we are facing such a critical time in our history.  We have no idea how long this pandemic will last and what the next administration will be able to accomplish, but we must trust that all will be well.  The kids will go back to school, businesses will reopen, people will go back to church, and be able to go back to work.  We will be able to visit our doctor\u2019s office again and visit loved ones in the nursing home or hospital.  We will be able to shop at the Mall and go to restaurants and movies without fear of contracting the virus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If we have learned anything from this pandemic it is to have patience and trust in God and to not be afraid because all will be well again.  We have also learned how to care for others and keep them safe because this is not all about us, but it is about all of us. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
